We’re three friends who, by sheer chance, stumbled upon a quiet plot in the scenic hills of Igatpuri. One of us noticed the potential, nudged the others, and before long, we were all in. What followed was three years of site visits, endless debates, laughter-filled moments, and countless late-night calls. It wasn’t always easy—but every step made the journey even more meaningful.
